Dealer identity held to the brand book on one lot.

A fascia and monument program for Jaguar Land Rover in Oakville, Ontario — entrance identity and building fascia specified, permitted, and installed as one package.

Result
One dealer standard from the driveway monument to the building fascia.

The brief

The lot needed dealer identity that reads at the driveway and confirms the brand on the building. Fascia and monument had to match, not look like two vendors’ interpretations of the same book.

Site and program constraints

  • Brand-standard fascia and monument on a single dealer lot.
  • Entrance identity at driveway scale, not highway height.
  • Building fascia that holds color, illumination, and fit with the monument.

Scope

  • Site survey of entry geometry, sightlines, and building fascia conditions.
  • Brand-standard design for monument and fascia as one family.
  • Permit package for ground identity and building signs.
  • In-house manufacture and coordinated installation.

Solution

We treated the monument and fascia as one identity system. The monument does the arrival job at the driveway. The fascia holds the brand on the building. Materials, type, and illumination were specified together so the lot reads as one dealer, not two signs.

Delivery

Survey, design, permit, manufacture, and install stayed with one program team. The monument and fascia were released, built, and set as a single close-out — not a leftover trade after the building sign.

Result

The Oakville lot presents one Jaguar Land Rover standard: ground identity at the entrance and fascia on the building, installed and inspected as the same program.
