Capabilities

The lot, the wall, and the approach — recorded before we draw.

Every location gets the survey data the shop file needs: measurements, photos, constraints, and the conditions that will change the design.

Owner
Field survey with program coordination from Montreal.
Timing
Surveys run as locations are released, so design and engineering are not guessing from a site plan alone.

Transmittal

  1. Address list and access instructions.

  2. Existing drawings, if the client has them.

  3. Known landlord, grade, or power constraints.

Shop-file Q&A

Do you survey every location in a national rollout?+

Yes for the sign types that depend on existing structure, power, or sightlines. A prototype site is not a substitute for the next fifty lots.

Can we start from Google photos and a site plan?+

We can flag obvious issues. We will not lock shop files on a photograph that cannot be measured.

What happens if a site cannot take the intended pylon or letters?+

The program lead flags it before engineering. You get a variant — monument, raceway, or a different family — not a surprise on crane day.
