When letters carry the identity
Brand presence at architectural scale.
Channel letters attach the brand to the architecture. Use them when guests approach the building, not a highway pylon — hotels, retail, and corporate façades that have to read from the street. This makes them ideal for hospitality, rooftop identity, retail & corporate, and night approach.
In hospitality applications, the same letter standard, different u.s. and canadian markets — farmington, west palm beach, houston. For rooftop identity, letters that have to read from the street, not only from the lot. Façade sets held to the brand book, permitted to the wall they sit on.

Specification checklist
Illumination, depth, mounting, and the wall.
Illumination
Front-lit, halo-lit, face-lit, or non-illuminated — chosen for the brand and the ordinance.
Letter construction
Depth, returns, materials, and stroke held to one network standard.
Mounting
Raceway, flush, or rooftop — decided by the façade, anchors, and electrical access.
Readability
Approach distance and building scale, day and night.

In the program
Survey the façade. Build the set. Inspect it lit.
When you work with us, the program covers every step from initial site visit through final inspection. The process flows as follows: survey (wall conditions and sightlines from the approach — not only the elevation drawing), then shop files (letter construction, lighting, and mounting detailed for the plant and the permit), then manufacture (sets built and quality-inspected in montreal before they ship), and finally install (set at building scale, lit, and inspected against the brand standard).
Letters fail when a module cannot be reached, a raceway was an afterthought, or a rooftop set was treated like a façade graphic. We specify electrical access and a service path with the shop file.

Selected work
Built into national programs.
We have built this product type for programs across North America, including Hyatt Place — Farmington, UT, Hyatt Place — West Palm Beach, FL and Marriott — Houston, TX.
Letter questions
Mounting, markets, and night readability.
Raceway or flush mount?+
The wall and the brand decide. We survey the façade and the ordinance, then draw the mount the plant can actually build.
Can the same set run in different markets?+
That is the job. Hyatt Place Farmington and West Palm Beach, Marriott Houston — one letter standard, inspected at each building.
Are rooftop letters in scope?+
Yes. From low-rise buildings to high-profile rooftops, letters are designed, permitted, and installed with the access and structural requirements already accounted for.
