Channel-letter identity for Hyatt Place in Farmington, Utah — a façade set specified to the building, the approach, and the same letter standard used in other markets.

Guests find the hotel from the approach, not from a highway pylon. The letters had to hold the Hyatt Place standard on this façade, at this distance, in this market.
The set was drawn from the wall it sits on. Mounting, returns, and illumination were specified so the letters perform after dark as well as they do in the brand book. The Farmington set is the same letter standard as other Hyatt Place markets — built in-house so stroke and light do not drift.
Survey, shop files, plant, and field installation were one package. The letters were inspected lit on the building, not only in the crate.
Hyatt Place Farmington carries building identity that reads from the approach, installed to the same letter standard as other locations in the program.
