Network consistency without copying the last building’s shop file onto a new wall.

The brief

A hospitality network cannot afford a local variation of the name. West Palm Beach needed the same Hyatt Place letters, on a different façade, under a different ordinance, with the same night readability.

Site and program constraints

  • Brand consistency with other Hyatt Place locations.
  • A different wall, climate, and local sign code.
  • Approach distance and illumination that still read as the same brand.

Scope

  • Façade and ordinance survey for this market.
  • Letter set rebuilt to the brand standard, not copied blindly from the last site.
  • Manufacture in Montreal with the rest of the hospitality program.
  • Installation and lit inspection on the West Palm Beach building.

Solution

Network letters are not a copy-paste from the last hotel. We surveyed this façade and this code, then built the set so stroke, depth, and light match the program. The wall changed. The standard did not.

Delivery

Each location still gets its own survey, permit path, and install sequence. The plant holds the letter standard so the network does not pick up shop-to-shop variance.

Result

West Palm Beach reads as Hyatt Place — the same letter standard as Farmington, fitted to this building and this market.
