Capabilities

From the brand book to a permit-ready shop file.

We design, engineer, permit, manufacture, and install signage as one program — six product families, built in Montreal and set on site by the same team.

What a national sign program requires

Choose the stage you need: make the concept buildable, clear local approvals, or deliver every location to one standard.

Sign design

We turn identity guidelines into a sign system that fits the lot, the ordinance, and the plant — not a rendering that fails in review.

Inputs Brand book, logo files, and color standards.

Deliverables Site-ready concepts and elevations for client review.

Site assessment

Every location gets the survey data the shop file needs: measurements, photos, constraints, and the conditions that will change the design.

Inputs Address list and access instructions.

Deliverables Photos, measurements, and existing-structure notes.

Engineering & permits

Structural calculations, shop drawings, ordinance review, and permit submissions — researched before design is approved, not after opening dates are locked.

Inputs Approved design intent and site survey.

Deliverables Engineered drawings and structural calculations.

Manufacturing & quality

An 82,000-square-foot plant next to design and engineering. Materials, finishing, QA, testing, and packaging stay in-house so a network does not pick up shop-to-shop variance.

Inputs Released shop files and approved faces.

Deliverables Fabricated signs, inspected in-house.

Installation & aftercare

Field coordination, installation standards, closeout records, and the service path for repairs, re-images, and digital-display support.

Inputs Released product, site access, and lift or crane plan.

Deliverables Installed signs, lit and inspected.

Program management

Rollout governance, reporting, logistics, installation scheduling, and closeout — so permitting, production, and field work stay on one accountable path.

Inputs Markets, location count, sign families, and target dates.

Deliverables A program plan covering permits, production, and install.
