An illuminated pylon for Irving in Saint John, New Brunswick — brand cabinet and LED fuel-price display engineered, permitted, and installed as one roadside program.

The site needed long-range identity and live fuel price on the same structure. The pylon had to read at highway speed at night, and it had to review against local height, wind, and digital-display rules.
The price changer sits on the same engineered frame as the identity cabinet. Height and digital rules were researched before design was locked, so the structure that went to permit was the structure that could be built. Service access was drawn into the shop file with the faces.
Engineering, permit, plant, and field stayed on one schedule. The pylon was manufactured in Montreal, then set and inspected on the Saint John lot as a complete identity and price package.
The market sees one Irving pylon: identity and LED price, built for the approach, the wind, and the ordinance that actually governs the site.
