A fascia and canopy program for Petro-Canada in Montréal, Quebec — brand-standard faces fitted to the existing structure, with ordinances researched before design was locked.

Fuel-retail identity is judged on the apron. The canopy had to match the brand book, fit the structure already on the lot, and clear the municipal rules that apply in Quebec.
We translated the brand standard into a canopy package that fits this structure. Color, lighting, and weather sealing were specified for a network face — then checked against the local ordinance so the faces that left Montreal were the faces that could be installed.
Survey, brand lock, plant, and field install ran as one fuel-retail package. The canopy was not a leftover after the pylon; it was the identity the customer already entered.
The Montréal site carries Petro-Canada canopy and fascia identity held to the brand book, fitted to the existing structure, and installed after the ordinance was read.
